Walkman a key collaborator with Sony Ericsson were behind some of the most iconic music
phones on the market. To promote the Walkman range, Sony Ericsson hosted events like
the popular Run to the Beat half marathon, with music at the core. Our brief was
to put the Walkman phone front and centre at the event.
Knowing that music BPM influences running cadence, we featured live gigs with
different music genres to energise both runners and spectators. We managed event
sign-ups, sponsorships, station takeovers, and the on-the-day experiential
including live gigs along the route.
