Mercedes Servicing & Repairs realised it was time for an upgrade. Tired of playing second fiddle to
the budgets normally reserved for new car activity they decided to rebrand to Service Select and put more effort into creating a series of comms that put the customer at the heart of it, convincing Mercedes owners to continue their relationship with their local dealer.
We headed to Germany to capture customer-centric imagery to build a series of digital comms
based around the idea ‘focused around you’ taking the world of servicing and
repair into a world more aligned with brand.
